The general agricultural products competition gave its verdict in Paris on Tuesday, February 25. Organized on the sidelines of the Paris Agricultural Show, this event once again awarded its medals: Martinique won 36 awards this year.
36 medals, including 14 gold, almost all for rums and punches, even if, and it is worth noting, an amber beer from the young BenZel brewery won its first silver macaron.
In detail concerning the distilleries, HSE stands out once again this year, with 4 gold medals, particularly for its old ones, and seven in total. Same number for Dillon, but with 2 gold medals and five in silver.
Note that JM with 4 medals, including three in gold, seduced the judges, as did Saint-James, with 5 silver medals and one in gold.
Clément Rhums collects three medals, but in silver or bronze while the Distillerie Neisson, Campari, with Trois-Rivières and La Mauny, and Braud-Quenesson will have two medals for their bottles, including one in gold, La Favorite also wins a gold medal for its white AOC 55°.
