Since January 18, 2021, travelers to Martinique are subject to the following restrictive measures:
- Have a negative COVID-19 test (PCR test) taken 72 hours before departure
- Stay confined for 7 days Reduce outings to the strict minimum (food shopping, medical appointments)
- Perform a PCR test 7 days after arrival in the territory.

There are no RT-PCR tests offered by hotels in Martinique (FOR NOW) but private laboratories under Biolab Martinique are administering these tests, which should be free of charge. The procedures for doing these tests are as follows:
WITH APPOINTMENT
Test can be done ONLY after filling out a questionnaire at:

You will need to provide a doctor’s prescription or a plane ticket and since visitors will not have a social security number or a vital card, a special # will be given to them once they fill the section OTHER in order to complete the questionnaire.
Appointments are given to a physical laboratory location or at a lab drive. On the day of the appointment, visitors must show proof of identity and wear a surgical mask. For drives, visitors will stay in their car and a professional team will take care of them.
RESULTS
Visitors must wait to receive an alert
Results can take from 24 to 72 hours depending on the volume of tests per day at a site. If you are lucky, you may have an alert for the result the same day in the afternoon (this is the current situation as not too many tests are administered).
Visitors have 7 days to access their results on the website.
WITHOUT APPOINTMENT (THE ONLY DRIVE SITE)
Visitors can have their sample taken without an appointment at BIOLAB Bateliere site from 10 am to 2 pm. IMPORTANT: Check-in starts at 8 am and there are only 90 samples per day taken.
